Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance. Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on spring-assisted apparatus or a mat, sometimes utilising small equipment. After a pilates class you will feel a heightened sense of awareness and ease in your body, experiencing less pain and increased mobility.

Pilates sessions I offer (you need to provide your own mat/equipment):

  • Receive a pilates group-class schedule by email

  • Book me for a 1:1 session

  • Book me for you own pilates event/class

  • Nutritional guidelines/meal plan $150 Includes: 1x consultation (60 min) + 2x check-ins (15 min each)

  • Online PT from $130/month (training only)

  • Online PT from $150/month (training & nutrition)

  • Hybrid from $150 Includes: App use and in person sessions + any additional cost per PT session

  • Mobile PT: Pricing as stated per PT deal, additional cost for travel/petrol. Light equipment only.
